These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cryptrade, including all services, features, and content offered through the platform. By accessing or using Cryptrade, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use Cryptrade.
 
 1. Account Registration:

1.1. You must register an account with Cryptrade to access certain features and services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Use of Cryptrade:

2.1. You agree to use Cryptrade solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulations.

2.2. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment information, unauthorized access to accounts, or misrepresentation of products or services.

3. Prohibited Activities:

3.1. You agree not to engage in any activities that violate the rights of others, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, or harassment.

3.2. You agree not to use Cryptrade to promote, facilitate, or engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or trafficking of illegal goods.

4. Fraud and Account Termination:

4.1. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities or violations of these Terms. This may include suspending or terminating your account, restricting access to Cryptrade, or pursuing legal remedies.

4.2. We reserve the right to ban user accounts at our discretion, without prior notice or explanation, if we determine that such an action is necessary to protect the integrity of Cryptrade or the safety of our users.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1. In no event shall Cryptrade, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Cryptrade, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

6. Changes to Terms:

6.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Cryptrade. Your continued use of Cryptrade after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

7. Governing Law: 
 
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

8. Tax Obligations 

8.1. Cryptrade users are responsible for Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other taxes that apply to any goods and services traded on the Cryptrade platform. Please refer to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), or your equivalent taxation authority in your relevant jurisdiction for advice.

These Terms are effective as of April 28th, 2024, and apply to all users of Cryptrade.
